How to get your Instagram ready for Drop

The complete guide to set your Instagram account before you start creating your campaigns.

Welcome aboard! I bet that you are super excited about converting your followers into customers, increasing conversion rate, and driving more sales with Drop, am I right?

Yeah, I thought so! But before you start engaging with your followers at scale, Let's just check if you have everything you need to start creating your campaigns!

Because we work with third-party partners, like Instagram, we need to assure that you have everything set on their platform before you start using ours. It is required from Facebook that you validate that you're a legit business that can leverage Instagram DM automation.

PS: If you already have an operating Business Manager with a Business/Creator account, you can jump to Step 4!

If you don't have a Business Manager account yet, please refer to the article below to learn how to create one.

After you created your Business Manager, you'll have to link an Instagram account to it. Check it out:

You won't be able to register to Drop with a personal Instagram account. In order to be able to use DM automation with your followers, you should make sure you have a Business/Creator Instagram account! Don't know how to do that? We explain step by step on this article here:

Now that everything is set on Facebook and Instagram, it's time to set up your Drop Account. There are two very easy ways to do that inside our platform, look:
