A complete guide to connecting your Instagram to Drop

We're almost there! But before I show you the final step, I just want to make sure you followed the previous steps, which are:

If you didn't do that, click on the articles and make sure to follow every step. If you already did aaaall of them, great, you're almost done. See what's missing below:

Instagram's default setting lets you view and send DM's from Facebook's various products (Pages, Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc) and any other third-party apps.

For whatever reason, sometimes this setting is disabled, so before you move forward, double-check to ensure your brand's DM's are open to us!

To make sure you're all set, follow the next steps:

Go to your Settings > Privacy > Messages > Enable "Allow Access to Messages"

IMPORTANT❗ If you have multiple Instagram accounts connected to Drop, you should enable all of them. You should not disable one to enable the other!


Easy right? Now you're more than ready to start creating your flows and talk to your followers!
