How Pushes Work
Pushes are one-off messages sent to a targeted audience. They are ideal for timely campaigns and announcements. Pushes allow you to select specific audiences for more tailored and personalized messaging.
Example Use Cases for Pushes
Onsite Promotions: Give subscribers access to exclusive promos available onsite.
Product Alerts: Share alerts about new product drops.
Geo-Targeted Campaigns: Send messages targeted by location for in-person events and activations.
Creating a Push
To create a push campaign, follow these steps:
Create a Push: Within your campaign folder, select "Create Push +."
Select an Audience: Search for and select the desired audience you want to target with the push message.
If you need to build a new segment, select "I want to create a custom audience."

Activate the Push: Once the audience and messaging are both ready, click "Publish This Flow." You will have the option to "Send Now" or "Schedule for Later."
