Ensuring users have control over their communication preferences is essential for maintaining trust and compliance. Our platform provides a straightforward opt-out process, allowing users to stop receiving DMs from your brand at any time.
How Users Can Opt-Out
Users can opt out of your DM list by replying with “STOP”. Once a user sends this keyword, they will immediately be removed from your DM list and will no longer receive messages. Please note, the start and stop keywords are not case sensitive.
How Users Can Opt Back In
If users change their minds and wish to resume receiving messages, they have two options:
Send a Start Keyword: Users can send the keyword "START" to opt back in and resume receiving messages from your brand.
Join a New Campaign: Users will be eligible to opt-in again the next time they join a new campaign that includes the DM opt-in card.
