Welcome to the Campaigns section! Here, you'll be launching and monitoring your campaigns to engage with your audience and drive conversions. This guide will walk you through the key features and steps to effectively manage your campaigns.

Launching and Customizing Campaigns

In this section, you'll find a variety of automated campaigns that you can activate and customize to suit your needs. Our campaigns follow the classic acquisition path on social media:

  1. Engagement

  2. Enrolment

  3. Nurturing

  4. Conversion

  5. Post-Purchase

  6. Customer Support

Additionally, we offer influencer collaboration campaigns.

How It Works

When you activate a campaign, our system will automatically:

  1. Scan Potential Users: Identify the perfect audience for your selected campaign.

  2. Draft Conversational Flow: Create a full conversational flow for you to review.

Everything is fully editable, from the flow’s copy to its triggers. Here’s a breakdown of each campaign type:

  • Engagement: Send a friendly DM to users who recently engaged with your content. Use it to show appreciation or play a game.

  • Enrolment: Capture users with a DM opt-in card for them to click on.

  • Nurturing: Keep your subscribers engaged with regular, valuable content to prepare them for future conversion campaigns.

  • Conversion: Push conversion events to your full base or specific segments, such as private sales, exclusive drops, or special offers.

Flow Templates and Customization

After generating your flow, you'll have access to various flow templates for each campaign type. These templates offer ideas and structures to help you get started.

To duplicate a flow, use the "..." menu on the right of the flow.

Tracking KPIs

In your campaigns, we track several key performance indicators (KPIs):

  • Entries: The number of unique subscribers who entered a conversation.

  • Clicks: Total number of clicks.

  • Orders and Revenue: If you've connected your Shopify or added a Drop tracking tag, orders and revenue will be displayed here. We use last-click attribution for orders, but if we capture your users’ email in the Drop flows, we switch to a 7-day post-click attribution.

  • New Subscribers: The number of users who accepted the DM opt-in card.
