When your subscription plan renews, we attempt to charge the card on file for your account. To keep your plan updated and receive new credits, make sure the card on file and your billing information is up-to-date.
To update your credit card information, follow the instructions below:
From your Account settings page, click ‘Plan & Billing’
On the following page, click on “remove” to delete your current method of payment
3. After that, an “add” button will appear so that you can create a new payment method.
Once your credit card has been updated, we'll begin charging the new card the next time your subscription renews.
