If you click on the ‘Audience’ icon on your left-hand side, you will be able to access all of the information from followers who engaged with your brand throughout your flows.

You can see information like their names, email addresses, last sequence, number of followers, how much they purchased from you, as well as their status.

Once you click on the ‘three dots’ icon, you will also be able to select other information about your customers you wish to display on the table by selecting them under ‘Custom Fields’.

This information is their answer to questions you asked them through your flows, like their favorite color or favorite collection, as shown in the picture below:

Additionally, with our Grow and our Scale plan, you will be able to integrate your Shopify store and therefore enrich your customer's profiles by adding data like their previous transactions history.
