How to delete customers’ information?

We know some of your followers might change their minds about giving you some of their personal information.

So if a customer asks you to opt-out of your future communications or even asks you to delete all of their information, you can easily comply with their request by following the next steps.

For permanently deleting all of their data:

  1. Access your ‘Audience’ page

  2. Search the customer in question by their username or their email address

  3. Check the box right next to their name

  4. Click on the ‘Delete’ icon

  5. Click ‘confirm’ to complete your action.

For manually blocking them from future contacts from your campaigns

  1. Access your ‘Audience CRM’ page

  2. Search the customer in question by their username or their email address

  3. Check the box right next to their name

  4. Click on the ‘block’ icon

  5. Click ‘confirm’ to complete your action.
