A flow is how your campaign’s order is structured and set to trigger conversational messages and engage with your followers. Every follower should experience flow in different ways, based on their responses to the questions you created.
To start, just click "Create a Flow" right from your campaign dashboard. See the image below for reference.
You’ll be redirected inside the campaign builder to add a keyword or keywords.
The flow is your way of capturing the information you need to understand your followers and create more qualified audiences for your future campaigns, showing your customers exactly what they want to see!

These are the key elements of a flow when you open it for editing:
Starting Step - this is the starting point of any Flow.
Sub flow - allows you to start another Flow within a flow to create another path based on your customer’s response.
Condition - allows you to create basic logic within your Flow and separate the Flow based on user data.
Smart Delay - allows you to add a timing delay to a Flow. you can add a delay in date, hours, minutes, and seconds
Free text - allows your customer to respond or comments as they interact with the flow without disturbing its order.
