To download your CRM database, first, go to your Audience page. Click on the Export button and then, Voilà! You're gonna receive an email with a link to your database .CSV file with all the information you need to target a more qualified audience with your products and services.

Just make sure to download the file within a week after you receive it because, in order to protect your data, the link will expire after 7 days.
